01 Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Αlpha¹ Science platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. Αlpha¹ Science provides a platform for the rapid peer review and validation of scientific preprints.

02 User Roles & Responsibilities

Authors

Authors submitting manuscripts represent that they have the right to submit the work and that it does not infringe on any third-party copyrights or intellectual property. Authors agree to the fixed fee for service as outlined in our fulfillment policy.

Reviewers

Reviewers agree to provide objective, honest, and technically sound evaluations. Reviewers must disclose any conflicts of interest before accepting an assignment. Unauthorized distribution of manuscripts under review is strictly prohibited.

03 Intellectual Property

Authors retain all copyright to their manuscripts or as agreed with preprint servers. Αlpha¹ Science does not claim ownership of submitted work. However, by using the Service, Authors grant Αlpha¹ Science an exclusive license to host, display, and distribute the final validation report as part of the public record of science.

04 Limitation of Liability

Αlpha¹ Science provides the Service "as is." While we facilitate expert review, we do not guarantee the ultimate correctness of any scientific finding. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service or the publication of review results.

05 Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
